I am a Filipino - Chinese, born, raised and living the Filipino dream. Some may prefer to live the American Dream, well, in my case, I would still want to spend the rest of my life and grow old in the Philippines. I've been blessed with a great family, a lovely wife, but still hoping for some kids, and friends that make it all worthwhile. And to give thanks for the harmonious unions and blessings for the year, we celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival for good fortune and inner peace.

Starting off we have Jiang Nan Crispy Sliced Chicken Wrapped in Pancake
The method prepared is somehow like how you do Peking Duck, well in this case it's Peking Chicken!
Crisp Chicken Skin, with chicken meat serenaded by Hoisin Sauce then wrapped in Chinese Pancake makes this dish one of my favorites! And we only have started!

This salad is as fresh as it gets, with sweet cravings such tomatoes, watermelons, mangoes to bring you the most refreshing salad this season.
