Manila's Signature dishes : C2 Classic Cuisine

As we kick off the final piece of our Manila's Signature Dishes Campaign, I would like to thank all the restaurants that have participated and of course Unilever Food Solutions for making it all possible.  First up a heavy appetizer Crispy Ribs Sinigang and Adobong Sitaw.

The Crispy Ribs Sinigang has its roots on Batangas Sinigang, with the crispy ribs adding more flavor to the tasty sinigang, spiced it up with some adobong sitaw, giving it a classic blend of Filipino specials just enough to entice the taste buds to go wanting for more.

Dory Escabeche, a tasteful treat, must have Garlic rice to blend to get the full
flavor of the Dory concoction, I admire how the chef of C2 Classic Cuisine was able to cook up such a wonderful dish.  It tasted really good, don't take my word for it, try it to find out.
Any meal would not be complete without desert and here we have 
C2's Pastillas Panna Cotta, It is the perfect Filipino Fiesta Set meal.
