A Better Me! Thanks to Lunchbox Diet!
Hi everyone! Some of you may personally know me, but mostly you just see me in pictures, going to new places to eat, and feast on delicious meals, and sharing my experiences on Instagram, Facebook and here at The Food Alphabet. As you have seen lately on most of my Instagram and FB post, let me share with you a wonderful discovery... Lunch Box Diet.
I am a food blogger, I indulge myself in enjoying probably one of the best past times in the world, Eating! I enjoy nights of enraging meats, bottomless pits of alcohol, and countless servings of iced teas, and then there comes a time when our body just stops and tells us,
"Hey you better take care of me, or else"
Continuing on my ways, I may soon find myself taking maintenance drugs, for my obesity, my high blood, and my high blood sugar level, glad to say, I have yet to take a maintenance medicine as of this day! But I believe this is indeed the perfect time, where I say to myself,
"I want to live longer, I want to live a full life" and how do you do that?
The answer, Eat Healthy!
With that in mind, a friend recommended to me The Lunchbox Diet program, so what is the Lunchbox Diet program? The Lunchbox Diet program provides calorie counted meals, cooked the right way and delivered right to your doorstep, no trouble, no fuss!
Yes there may be others providing diet programs for you to prepare yourselves, but in these busy times, less and less of us have been able to devote our time to cook meals for ourselves, moreover healthy meals at that, which takes up a lot of our time and effort, so that is where Lunchbox Diet comes in.
