Dad’s Day Out at City of Dreams Manila

City of Dreams Manila presents Dad's Day Out, a thoughtfully curated lineup of Michelin-inspired festive specialties to fȇte the man of the hour  not just on Father’s Day but in month-long celebratory menus at Crystal Dragon and Nobu Manila, retail therapy at The Shops at the Boulevard and luxury staycations at the Forbes Travel Guide-rated Nuwa Manila, Nobu Hotel Manila, and Hyatt Regency Manila.

Crystal Dragon marks Father’s Day and coincidentally the Dragon Boat Festival, with a special à la carte menu available for lunch and dinner until June 30. The menu highlights Steamed Lobster on Egg White Custard with Aged Hua Diao, Chef de Cuisine Chan Choo Kean’s standout creation that was introduced recently at The Dragons’ Ascent, the  landmark Michelin‑starred six‑hands dinner that also featured the creations of pre-eminent chefs from sister properties in Macau.

Other festive specials are  Hot and Sour Soup with Fish Maw and Grouper, Crispy Suckling Pig with goose liver and glutinous rice, Glutinous Rice Dumpling with baby abalone and Chinese preserved sausage, and Eight Treasures Sweet Soup with rice wine, cashews, and glutinous rice cakes.

Crystal Dragon is open daily for lunch from 12 noon to 3 pm and dinner from 5 to 11 pm.

An Eggs-traordinary Easter celebration at City of Dreams Manila


City of Dreams Manila invites guests to celebrate the season of hope and renewal with curated Easter-themed offers and experiences. On Easter Sunday, DreamPlay lays out an eggs-traordinary all-day excitement, while family feasting is at its best at the sought-after Nobu Manila’s Sunday brunch. The Easter package at P3,499 net is comprised of one participant and one non-participant pass, enabling a child to relish the exclusive Easter fun activities and treats, and DreamPlay’s 12 spellbinding attractions while a parent or guardian is nearby to share the excitement. Each child-participant will receive a curated Easter kit, featuring a collectible button pin, cupcake, treat-filled basket, and an exclusive DreamPlay Easter mug to take home along with a special photo with stickers taken at  the event photo booth.

To usher in the New Year, City of Dreams Manila whets up the appetite for festive dining at its signature restaurants Crystal Dragon, Haliya, Nobu Manila, and The Café with special menus inspired by the spirit of the season. The Café and CenterPlay take New Year’s Eve events a notch higher as bands hype up the beat to a midnight countdown.

A lavish six-course meal includes Duck Liver Terrine with black truffle cream, Pan-fried Crayfish with black truffle slices and Baby Purple Artichoke sautéed in Barigoule, Filled Macaroni with black truffle juice, Poached Poularde de Bresse Breast with truffle and The Truffle Macaron at P3,888++ per person. The Tasting Room is open from 6pm to 11pm, Tuesdays to Sundays.
