Thai Fridays, is their Friday special of hot, specially curated Thai dishes while Pamana Saturdays features Filipino specialties, masterfully cooked heritage recipes, with the diversity of local textures and flavors.  These offerings are only available for dinner buffets.

For this visit to Food Exchange, we were able to enjoy their Thai Fridays feature.  Indulging in the unique harmony of spice, salty, sweet and sour tastes of traditional flavors and amazing delectable and mouth watering treats that area authentically Thai!

Feast of a dinner spread fit for Thai royalty, from Som Tom Goong Sod Papaya Salad with Prawns to Thai Green Curry (Gang Kiew Wan Gai) to Spicy Thai Seafood Sop (Tom Yum Goong) and their Pad Thai, it will definitely give you a dining escapade to remember.

Here are some of our favorites on Thai Fridays!

Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry

Lemongrass Thai Fish Cake

Red Thai Beef Curry

Khao Ma Koo (Pork trotters rice)

Gai Tod (Thai Fried Chicken)

Pad Thai

I keep coming back for 2nds and 3rds, and got hefty refills on rice, sorry diet, but that's just how you would love to enjoy Thai food!  But please don't fill your tummy too much as you gotta save space for their Thai desserts as well!

Mango Sticky Rice

Khanom Krok (Pandan Coconut Pancake)

I just love mango sticky rice, but it is just so heavy to the tummy, wish I could have more though... tummy, do your thing!

Apart from the featured Thai specialties, you can also indulge in their other regular buffet stations, such as the Japanese section, the grill section, the Indian station, the local flavors (Filipino dishes) station, their desserts station, the drinks station, where they also feature Novotel's Signature Pandan Iced Tea, and their Italian station.

All in all, the dining experience was exemplary, and one to enjoy, so come on over and enjoy Thai Fridays at Food Exchange in Novotel Manila Araneta City for only P1,688 nett.  This offer is available only for dinner buffet only.
