Presenting Cultural Palates to discover every Sunday brunch, that will surely keep you coming back for more.

Cultural Palates by Food Exchange Manila incorporates a different specialty theme every week, this concept was brought about by the F&B team at Novotel Manila so that you can always look forward to a new food adventure every Sunday brunch.

Have an egg-citing Easter celebration at the comfort of your home with our specially curated Take Me Out by Novotel Manila: Easter Feast perfect for the whole family for only PHP 2,500 nett per basket. 

Each basket contains starters, entrées and desserts good for a family of four. Our Easter basket comes with a DIY egg-painting kit and an Easter Egg Hunt activity kit. Available on April 4, from 11AM to 7PM only. Advance order of 24-hours is required.

Thai Fridays, is their Friday special of hot, specially curated Thai dishes while Pamana Saturdays features Filipino specialties, masterfully cooked heritage recipes, with the diversity of local textures and flavors.  These offerings are only available for dinner buffets.
