Xiao Long Bao and more at Paradise Dynasty

Paradise Dynasty

Paradise Dynasty at Conrad S Maison

Paradise Dynasty

Originating from Singapore, Paradise Dynasty found their way to Manila, but even if there are so many Chinese restaurants serving up great dimsum and choice dishes in Manila, nothing's like Paradise Dynasty, highlighting their signature 8-flavor Xiao Long Bao, a world's first.

Paradise Dynasty

The world's first and ever famous 8-flavor Xiao Long Bao (P388) by Paradise Dynasty, featuring Xiao Long Bao with Crab roe, Garlic, Szechuan, Ginseng, Foie gras, Truffle and Cheese flavors, each in their own unique colors, plus the original meaty and soupy Xiao Long Bao

Paradise Dynasty

The Original Xiao Long Bao!  Meaty, Soupy goodness.  Meat is tender but please don't get your tongue burned with the hot soup inside.  Enjoy it while hot, and don't forget to share, still got lots of love for the original

Paradise Dynasty

Paradise Dynasty

Water Chestnut Tea

A refreshing drink to calm the senses, I was skeptical at first thinking this is just some iced tea, but boy was I wrong, it was more than a refreshing drink, it's a thirst quencher.  Given more of this, I still could definitely drink them all up.

Paradise Dynasty

Spicy Szechuan chicken dish (P298)

Looks hot and spicy, but don't be intimidated, you just and must have a try, a little kick on this tasty piece of crisp battered chicken, is perfect with a bowl of white rice

Paradise Dynasty

Scrambled eggs with fish and conpoy (dried scallop) dish, P328, a refreshing take on how you enjoy your scrambled eggs, it somehow feels like porridge but so much better.

Paradise Dynasty

Radish Pastry (P138 for 3 pcs.)

If you have to order only one pastry in Paradise Dynasty, this is it!  This Radish Pastry is heaven in every bite, seriously I take a small bite at a time just to prolong the ecstasy I fell as I finish one, I honestly ordered 2 just for me, hahaha!!!
Paradise Dynasty

Stir-fried beef with scallion, is perfect paired with rice, or even just by itself, the fried beef with a hint of garlic gave a remarkable scent, then came the scallions which up the ante to a whole new level, talk about beefy goodness, I could pass up a steak just to have this.

Paradise Dynasty

Pan-fried Shanghai Pork Bun (P138 / 3 pcs)

Just love those pan fried crisp bottoms, each pork bun gives you a meaty saucy filling, just like when you're having a xiao long bao, but bigger!

Paradise Dynasty

Stir-fried La Mien with Shredded Pork and Black Fungus (P238)

Paradise Dynasty

Poached Beef in Szechuan Chili Oil (P688)

You want hot!  Nothing gets hotter than this!  We ordered the non spicy version of this, yet my tongue got numbed trying it out, and I think I drank a liter of water in less than 30 seconds, buy if you really really want to get all hot and groovy, then this is for you, this dish even has levels of spiciness ... don't know how spicy it can really go, I guess you just have to taste for yourself.  After that, you can get a shirt saying I survived... can't believe that this could get even hotter that it already is!

Paradise Dynasty
