The Filipino Food Festival has arrived at Cafe Ilang-Ilang in Manila Hotel, and they are bringing back culinary sensation, the one and only Chef Dedet Santos of Pepita's Kitchen!  Three years ago I was one of the few who have experienced an epic Lechon degustacion, right at the house of Chef Dedet Santos, and not a day passes by after that I don't salivate just thinking of those mouth watering Lechons and special Pinoy dishes that Dedet has prepared for us, it was indeed an experience of a lifetime.

Now Manila Hotel with Cafe Ilang-Ilang is giving you a chance (limited time only) to once more take that extra bite and dig into their Filipino Festival of dishes taking center stage, Pepita's Lechon!

 So expect nothing but complete satisfaction with every bite into Pepita's Kitchen greatest culinary treats and tease your taste buds, you can expect her signature lechon stuffed with truffle rice, Filipino paella, poqui poqui, shrimps garnished with salted egg, super suman, and a decadent mango trifle. 

The Fish Salad, the perfect appetizer, open up your appetite with the flavorful and colorful mix of flavors and fresh veggies.

Featuring the Lechon Diva's Super Suman, this is a complete meal in one... if not for the lechon, this could satisfy every hungry pinoy, I guarantee it!  Putting in many elements of the Filipino favorites, this is not just dessert, this is a main course.
