Annam Noodle Bar comes to Eastwood City to satisfy your Pho cravings

Annam Noodle Bar, the newest restaurant concept serving up sip-worthy Vietnamese Pho has landed in the busy streets of Eastwood City. Annam Noodle Bar, actually is also NamNam Noodle Bar from Singapore, and is a popular place serving Vietnamese Pho and Vietnamese favorites.

Dubbed as the best Pho in Asia, it is really amazing how they outdid even where Vietnamese Pho came about, now that is some fact worth revealing... the best Vietnamese Pho in Asia found in Singapore.

Annam Noodle Bar has fabulous and colorful interiors, from the colorful onion shaped lamps, to the many wall posts that showcase the diversity of culture and food that Annam noodle bar has to offer.

To start off this food feast, we had Prawn and Sesame Rice Crackers (P130), freshly popped crackers upon order, these babies can sure be addicting, and is also a perfect show starter while we wait for our dishes to be served...by the way we had 2 baskets of these haha

Similar to the usual, Vietnamese Rice rolls crisp fried to perfection is our next dish, Crispy Imperial Rolls (P200). I love how it blends well with sweet vinegar, you can never have enough of this.

These Fresh Southern Rolls with Prawn, Pork, Fresh Herbs, and Peanut Sauce (P170), a common Vietnamese dish, with fresh shrimps, rice vermicelli and vegetables wrapped in rice paper.

Next up is Crispy Squid, Sriracha Mayonnaise (P200), crisp fried with a flavorful coating, spiced just right to keep you going, dip in Sriracha Mayonnaise adds to delicious flavor.

This Green Papaya Salad, Beef Jerky, Fresh Herb, and Peanuts (P250), gives a distinct sourly taste, but balances itself with the sweet beef jerky, very refreshing and full of zest.

Taste the usual yet so different, Caramelised Chicken Wings, Shrimp paste (P200). Sweet, Sourly good! These chicken wings pack a little spice as well.

Enjoy their many choices of Banh Mi such as this Sauteed Lemongrass Pork Cream Cheese Banh Mi (P250), is a staple on every Vietnamese restaurant. Try their other flavors as well in Caramelised 5-spice pork belly, Fried Catfish with spices and Chili Sambal braised beef.

And now we go to our specials for the night, Annam Noodle Bar's line up of Hanoi Pho, a bowl of rice flour noodles with intense broth boiled over 24 hours, garnished with fresh herbs and spring onions.

Feast on these choices such as the Pho Chicken (P290), Pho Australian Wagyu Beef Slices (P550), Pho Vegetarian (P270), Pho Australian Oxtail and Beef Balls (P400), Pho Australian Wagyu Beef Slices (P550) and Pho Australian Beef Combination (P350).

Finish your meal with Saigon Sally Sundae (P200), super good! A perfect way to end your spiced filled meal, made with choc crunch, vanilla ice cream, choc hazelnut sauce, I seriously recommend this to everyone, and do try their Vanilla Pudding in Palm sugar caramel (P150) as well, to sweeten up your day.
