Vikings buffet at SM Jazz Mall... my new buffet heaven!

And we're here at Vikings SM Jazz Mall in the heart of Makati, yes we have all heard it, Vikings is now the best and fastest growing international buffet chain in the country today, and yes it is indeed a fact!

Vikings recently opened in two locations, one of which is the SM BF Paranaque branch and another in SM Jazz Mall in Makati, both of which are astoundingly magnificent!

I have come to have a love and hate relationship with Vikings, not because they are not the way I would hope them to be, but because of how perfectly they have executed in every detail possible to see perfection in every way,  so let me share to you how this came to be...

Upon entering SM Jazz Mall, you'd be amazed at the overall interiors of the store, every detail has been given great attention to, from the colorful glass centerpiece chandelier to the finishings of the tables and chairs, it is truly a masterpiece.

The Colorful Glass Centerpiece Chandelier takes Vikings Jazz Mall to a whole new level of unsurpassed craftsmanship.

Behind the sumptuous food, tasty and tempting treats are the people who make it all happen.  Vikings SM Jazz Mall features an open kitchen set-up with 4 separate modular square spaces, which has made them more efficient in serving everyone's cravings.

The Roasting corner features your favorite Pork Barbecue, Soy Chicken, White Chicken and favorites such as Century Egg and more.

The Chinese corner also features dimsum treats such as Chicken Feet, Siomai and my favorite Hakao to name a few.

The Grill section has a great selection of fresh catch from the sea, which also has lots of meat choices

They also have a Shabu-Shabu corner for your choices of toppings.

They also have a wide food selections you can feast your taste buds on, look at those fresh suahe
