French fine dining restaurant Impressions, makes Valentine’s weekend much sweeter with a special five-course degustation menu Dinner Romance prepared by Executive Chef Cyrille Soenen and paired with exquisite Chandon sparkling wine. From appetizers to desserts, the set offers indulgence at its finest, highlighted by a choice between butter-roasted veal loin, lardon-wrapped codfish, or prime rib. Impressions’ Dinner Romance is available from February 13 to 15 at Php3,500 net per person.

Japanese and Korean restaurant Ginzadon offers a meal fit for romantic royals. From February 13 to 15, Ginzadon serves up a Set for Love featuring an authentic spread of oriental dishes with a choice of salmon princess (Php1,500+) or steak and prawn king (Php2,500+) for the main course masterfully prepared by Chef Antonio Ablay. Either that or go maki-mad with Ginzadon’s Love & Roll offerings available throughout February. Feast on lovely bite-sized Shake No Toro Maki (Salmon Belly Roll) for only Php700+ or Maguro Tatake Maki (Seared Tuna Deep Fried Roll) for only Php600+.

Coffee bar and lounge Café Maxims Shares Sweet Love with a box of delightful Pralines (Php690) or the season special Cake of Affection (Php1,800), a center piece made of layered milk chocolate mousse over vanilla sponge base, sprayed with cacao butter, laced with pink Italian butter cream piping, and topped with white chocolates, fresh red currant, and dainty heart chocolates. Mediterranean-themed restaurant The Terrace offers lovers a truly memorable experience with its Dine Under The Stars Valentine’s Dinner offering. Fall in love al-fresco style and savor a delectable meal paired with bottomless sparkling, red, and white wines at Maxims Hotel’s plush poolside cabanas for just Php3,660 net per person. The set also comes with one long-stemmed rose and a box of mouthwatering praline chocolates for the lovely ladies. The limited offering is available only from February 13 to 14.

Authentic Hong Kong diner Victoria Harbour Café serves up a quick fix with its hearts day hits. Enjoy Chef Charlie Simangan’s eastern comfort food specials and share a Harbour Love deluxe combination platter which includes a winter melon with seafood and bean curd, curry crispy fried fish fillet, beef steak Chinese style, and wok-fried noodles with shrimp, capped off with a sweet heart-shaped pudding. Victoria Harbour Café’s Harbour Love set is available on February 14 only at Php1,376++ for two.

Café Maxims also offers a classic Pinoy delicacy with its Bibingka Love prepared with a strawberry-flavored twist and topped with creamy vanilla ice cream. Get a small piece for Php135 net or a large serving for Php380 net. Experience these specials at Café Maxims’ until February 15 only.
