Now let's have a look at what Chef Tatung has prepared for us.

Start with some appetizers such as Embutido, Kinilaw and Chicharon Bulaklak. Then head on to the soup section for a fill of warmth and comfort - choose from native Chicken Tinola na may Mais, Classic Molo Soup and Traditional Nilagpang. Satisfy your cravings for palatable must-try mains such as the Classic Kare-Kare, Adobong Pula, and Kalderetang Kambing. 

Okoy, perfect for appetizers, perfect for meals as well, crisp fried goodness dipped in vinegar, makes for a great appetizer.

Dinakdakan, all pork goodness, with all the best tasting herbs!  Pepper and Chili just hits the spot and makes for a satisfying meal, beware the cholesterol that is.

Hamonado, Sweet Pork loins in pineapple sweet sauce, a delicacy enjoyed not only during the Holiday season, but on great family occasions as well.

Chicken Pastel, sweet, flavorful, creamy goodness, bite into the crust and enjoy the taste of a wonderful family tradition of great chicken dishes

Love Gata?  Then you will fall in love in Chicken Pianggang!  This chicken dish cooked in burnt coconut paste is perfect with white rice, I promise one cup will never be enough.

Bringhe Pianggang, a mix of seafood, longanizas, olives, eggs cooked in rice, just like the paella but more fulfilling to the Pinoy taste.

Dig into the many to grill food options on the side, from fish, squids, beef, chicken and prawns, they got it all for you.
