Kanyaman: Novotel's Filipino Feast presenting Chef Sau Del Rosario at Food Exhange



Celebrating the Philippine Independence Day season, Novotel Manila Araneta Center recently launched its KANYAMAN Filipino Food Festival at their all day dining restaurant – the Food Exchange Manila last June 8, 2017. 

Graced by famous VIP’s, celebrities and personalities in arts, entertainment, music and sports, the well-attended KANYAMAN Filipino Food Festival launch was officiated by Novotel Manila Araneta Center’s General Manager Mr. Bernd Schneider and guest celebrity Kapampangan Chef Sau del Rosario with the traditional Filipino “Pokpok Palayok” ritual. 

KANYAMAN (means delicious in Pampanga) Filipino Food Festival will run from June 8 to 22, highlighting Filipino gustatory delights from the culinary capital of the Philippines - Pampanga especially prepared and curated by Kapampangan celebrity chef Sau del Rosario.


With international exposure and accolades, Chef Sau del Rosario's menu for KANYAMAN Filipino Food Festival features his modern take of Kapampangan cuisine such as - Truffled Sisig Paella, Foie Gras Sisig, Crispy Lechon Belly with chocolate and cheese stuffing, Pancit Luglug, Pochero, Duck Adobo, brick oven baked Longanisa Pizza and a lot more certified delicacy hits.




For a limited time only, the Food Exchange Manila buffet rates for KANYAMAN Filipino Food Festival is only at Php 1,200 nett on weekdays (Monday to Thursday, buffet lunch and dinner / Friday, buffet lunch) and Php 1,600 nett during weekends (Friday, buffet dinner / Saturday and Sunday, buffet lunch and dinner). Beyond the highlighted Filipino dishes, Food Exchange Manila's buffet also features International favorites during the KANYAMAN festival available on it's live cooking stations - Indian section - features flavorful dishes like Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Curry, etc.; Chinese section - piping hot noodle soup of your choice, stir fried chicken; Japanese - fresh sushi and sashimi; Grill section - seafood, barbecues, etc.; Dessert – hot off the grill Bibingka, Puto Bumbong, etc.; Pasta and Pizza, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern sections.
