Sunday service at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill PH, Newport World Resorts gets a special treatment

There is nothing more quintessentially British than the world-famous Sunday Roast, and starting this February, the first Gordon Ramsay restaurant in the Philippines is serving the celebrated tradition every Sunday featuring Chef Ramsay’s hand-picked dishes.

Indulge in the masterfully roasted mains—a choice of Black Opal Beef Striploin (Php 3,888 nett) or Pork Belly with Crispy Crackling (Php 3,588 nett). The special meal is served complete with all the fixings, a crispy Yorkshire pudding, beef-fat roasted potatoes, and green beans with roasted almonds. True to its English roots, the beef roast is finished with a savoury gravy with a dollop of horseradish, while the pork belly set comes with a classic flavor pairing of green apple and whole grain mustard compote.
