Here’s How Your McDonald’s Happy Meal Purchase Made A Child Happy This Holiday Season

Turnover ceremony in Marikina City with Mayor Marcelino "Marcy" Teodoro

Preparations for the holidays are on its peak, with many of us looking forward to a time of rest and celebration, eager to leave behind the year that was and start anew. And while we may get caught up in all this holiday hustle, let’s not forget what this season is truly about— the spirit of giving.

With 2020 coming to an end, it’s time to sit back and be grateful for coming this far. Quite a year indeed, it has shown us it takes a united community to overcome these challenges. And that is why McDonald’s has invited the Filipinos to come together and mark the end of the year with bright smiles on everyone’s faces.

Makati Shangri-La invites you to a North Pole Wonderand: A Heartfelt Joy of Christmas!

The most wonderful time of the year is upon us again. As we fill the season with sparkling lights and gleeful cheers of hope and giving, Makati Shangri-La, Manila brings delightful festive offers for you to share with your loved ones and create unforgettable moments with.

CHRISTMAS WONDER AND SPIRIT COME ALIVE

With great sensitivity during this time and desire to focus on a worthwhile cause as the year comes to a close, Shangri-La Group decided to refresh the previous year’s Christmas décor theme, “A North Pole Wonderland”. Makati Shangri-La, Manila welcomes guests once again to its illuminated, heartwarming Christmas sense of place, inspiring joy and hope, the gifts  which every spirit needs to receive.

In the heart of the hotel’s grand lobby stands a 20-feet tall Christmas tree trimmed with glistening ornaments in red and gold.  North Pole will not be complete without some Polar Bear friends, Santa’s sleigh awaiting its passengers, and a special appearance of Father Christmas himself, Santa Claus. Guests will be able to spend moments with Santa on Christmas Eve, December 24 (12 p.m. to 3 p.m., and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.) and on Christmas Day, December 25 (12 p.m. to 3 p.m.).
