Tapella.... Tapas, Paella and more by Gaudi

Rarely do I chance upon to eat and savor Spanish cuisine and as given the chance to dine, I would surely make the best of it.  One time I got to dine at a exceptionally nice place in Greenbelt 5 called Tapella.  So what came into mind with the Tapella, it seems quite obvious that these two dishes would come into mind Tapas and Paella, and that was indeed what we are having.

The place had a very modern contemporary set up, away from the classic look that most Spanish cuisine-inspired places in the metro.  And there was space all over, that was what I liked about it.  A very relaxing and serene ambiance.

Manila Signature Dishes : Fish out of Water

Manila's Signature Dishes brings us to Fish Out of Water, in the glamorous rows of Greenbelt 5, Makati City, to savor their delicious seafood dishes, both to their regular clients and new patrons.

Cebuano Danggit Salad, a delicious mix of our famous danggit, carrots, fresh lettuce, seaweeds and their signature mustard dressing.  This dish may sound a little odd to you, mixing danggit to salad is a first for me and I would say for a lot of people, but as experience has taught me never judge by appearance.  And indeed, it was a delectable salad that I recommend everyone to try, you will be back for more... I assure you.
Thang Nang Crab, Our main course for the day.  Just look at that ohh so meaty crab, with those big delicious looking claws, I was in awe of this Vietnamese inspired dish, the aroma of the garlic and crabs got the attention of quite a lot of people passing as the smell was really very good, and I have not gone to the eating yet.  The crab meat was hot and very tender, tasty and so yummy.  The garlic scent and flavor went in so well I could stop myself from eating.  Then the pasta included was infused with so much crab juice it tasted so good.  It hinted a little spice which was just perfect.
