2013 was a great year for the foodies, it was a year of great expectations, a year of surprises, and as the year ended, a year of sad disappointments.

Katsu for a Cause - for #YolandaRelief

Katsu for a Cause

It is with heavy hearts, that we see our fellow countrymen suffer the wrath of typhoon Yolanda.  But even though so much love and relief has been poured out to help alleviate the situation of the victims of Yolanda, it doesn't end there.  Relief may be here but what is more important is how they could once again rebuild their lives.

Everyone does their part in giving to the victims of typhoon Yolanda, and so does Ginza Bairin.  Join Ginza Bairin's Katsu for a Cause.  Dine with Ginza Bairin on Nov. 20 - 21, and they will donate 100% of their profits of the 2 stores for 2 days!  All proceeds will go to the Philippine Red Cross for Yolanda Relief.

Let's join in the cause for greater things.  Katsu for a Cause.

ginza12
Ginza Bairin, the best Katsu in town
is now open in Glorietta 2

Enough has been said about who indeed is the best Katsu in town, but words are just mere instruments and only our sense of taste can finally say, they indeed are the best.  The Katsu craze is now upon us as the Ramen race is still transpiring, to most of us they are just fried meat with breading and crumbs, but what we don't know is the skill and expertise one has to muster to get that perfect Katsu, thus enter Ginza Bairin.
