Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise welcomes patrons and their loved ones with an authentic Shanghainese Deluxe or Premium Set Menu delicately crafted by Chinese Executive Chef Kevin Xu and his Team. Menu highlights include Shanghai Xiao Long Bao, The Emperor’s Flamed Chicken and Shanghainese style Sweet and Sour Yellow Croaker Fish with Pine Nuts and Broccoli, among other indulgent items.
