Sip & Shuck at Sheraton Manila Hotel

Love them or loathe them, you must admit that oysters provide a memorable eating experience and a potent hit of shellfish tastiness.

Last November 26, an exclusive tasting was held in Sheraton Manila Hotel’s COL|LAB, its co –working space flexible for events and other client needs. 

The launch featured the delectable fresh oysters with their perfect wine pairings. With its partners, Sea Trace International and PYC Foods Corporation, Sheraton Manila took the guests into an incredible ride with 9 different local and international oysters that ended with a wide spread of steaks and meats to indulge.

During the event, Sheraton Manila’s Executive Chef Kiko Santiago and General Manager Anna Vergara welcomed and thanked everyone in attendance for coming to the event. Vergara also highlighted Sheraton Manila’s commitment to sustainability.

Christian Schmidradner

Sea Trace International’s Managing Partner and COO Christian Schmidradner on the other hand introduced the first MCC global certified tuna of the country, the Yellowfin Tuna. 

Oyster and wine enthusiasts can experience the same sumptuous journey on December 10 for Php 6,000 nett. Aside from the delicious oysters and wines, different canapes, sashimi, and meat carvings will also be available.
