Appetizers Pickled cucumber, Pickled radish, and Soy chicken match well with the Hot and sour chicken soup with assorted vegetables, as well as the steamed dim sum dishes such as “Har gao” shrimp bamboo shoot dumpling, “Xiao long bao” Shanghainese pork dumpling, “Siu mai” pork, dried scallop dumpling, Cheese with Chinese chive dumpling, Beef balls, Pork spareribs with black beans, Barbecued pork buns, and Machang (glutinous rice with chicken and dried scallop wrapped in lotus leaf).

Among the highly requested fried or baked items are the Seafood taro puff, Barbecued pork pastry puff, Pork and chicken glutinous dumpling, Shrimp and spinach dumpling, and Radish cake which pair nicely with the rice, noodle and congee selections Fried rice with salted fish and diced chicken, Stir-fried noodles with beansprouts, green onions and XO sauce, and Pork with century egg congee.
