Munchtown is my dream wonderland

Oh I just love the movies, just thinking about the much anticipated movies in line for the rest of the year and of course next year's line-up gives me goosebumps, but every time I go out to see a movie, it just depresses me to see the same old flavored popcorn, boring sodas and tasteless hotdogs being sold at the food stand, oh it just spoils the fun in watching movies, wouldn't you agree??

But recently I was able to watch a movie at the new Promenade in Greenhills, and what caught my eye was this gourmet place just beside the movie entrance, it's Munchtown!  Hmmm, looks interesting, let us take a look a what they have to offer.

Oh!  They serve burgers, fries, nachos, hotdogs, pizzas, shakes and a whole lot lot more!  Oh my gosh!  I think I just found my dream wonderland!  Yes, I admit, I am a sucker for pizzas, fries, hotdogs and I guess everything that's on the menu of Munchtown, I can't believe someone finally read my mind!  Haha and best of all, you can bring any order you want to the movie house!  Another wishlist come true!

Oh my goodness!  Parmesan fries! (P125)

Fresh Igorota Idaho potatoes crisp fried sprinkled with rock salt, black pepper and Parmesan cheese

 
Jalapeño Fries (P135), Everything that I love in fries plus jalapeño, black olives, mouth-watering cheese with salsa

But that's not all, fancy other choices of fries with Chili and Cheese Fries, Munchtown Fries, Blue Cheese Fries, Black Truffle fries, Chili Fries and Poutine, these come in generous servings of toppings, but still it you want to dress it up, there's no stopping you with add-ons such as cheese sauce, bacon, chipotle chicken, beef brisket even, or pulled pork shoulder, whatever tickles your fancy.

Fill up your tummies with burgers that make other burgers taste bland, literally

Black Angus Cheeseburgers (P240), A freshly ground 130g Black Angus patty served with cheddar cheese, Russian dressing, fresh cut onion, tomatoes in a potato bun, every bite is a touch of heaven on your lips as it oozes with pure beefy goodness.

Up for some heavy munching, then order the Double Cheeseburger (P390), double the Black Angus patty, double the satisfaction.

For our little ones, and those who want to think they are dieting may choose to get the Munchtown Sliders!  Mini Black Angus burgers served with Russian dressing, ketchup, pickles, caramelized onions, and cheddar cheese.  Choose from 1 pc. 105.00, 3 pcs. 250.00, 6 pcs. 420.00, 9 pcs. 540.00
 
But trust me there is nothing small about this, they pack an awesome flavor and a heavy fill.

Chili Dog (P220)

Mustard, onions, chili con carne, and cheddar cheese, I just can't resist chili especially Chili Hotdogs, I can eat 5 of these if I wanted to, they are just so so good!  This is definitely a must order. 

 

Go enjoy their other treats such as Pizzas, with choices of Marinara, Margherita, Vongole, Pepperoni, Prosciutto and Arugula



French Fried Chicken, Fried chicken glazed in honey butter before serving. Your choice of fries or biscuit. All served with coleslaw and Bernaise dressing on the side.

Top it all off with an order of milkshake to seal the deal, order the classic Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry or be adventurous and grab a serving of Salted Caramel, Oreo Overload or Peanut Butter.

Munchtown is my dream wonderland!  Everything I love to eat, to munch, to enjoy is all here!  Catch it before the movie, during the movie and even after the movie.  I do hope they expand to other theaters cause they are the breath of sunshine all movie goers need.  Hope to see you soon in other cinemas, Munchtown!
