Son-in-law eggs (P195)
Pardon the name, but they are literally bought over from tradition to serve to their son-in-laws as a celebratory dish in Thailand

Cold water mussels in Thai herbs and coconut milk, a Thai version of moules marinieres, a French favorite. I just love how fresh these are and how each bite continuous to another bite and suddenly you find yourself ordering another batch to munch on.

Siamese Pork Ribs (P310)
All hands as we give salute to the best grilled pork ribs I have ever had in my life. Soft pork ribs, charcoal cooked to perfection, is one of my favorites in Silk Road, I would have finished 2 orders but I was already quite full and well too much of anything is not healthy anyways.
