Authentic Thai with a twist at Silk Road Thai Bistro

Enjoy Authentic Thai dishes
by Chef Cecille only at Silk Road

There are indeed quite a number of restos in the metro serving up Thai dishes, but when you have tasted Chef Cecille's Thai dish creations at Silk Road, you'll never look anywhere else, whenever you crave for your authentic Thai delicacies.

What I love and admire about Silk Road, is not just the food, not just the cozy atmosphere but most of all, it's the people behind Silk Road.  Chef Cecille goes about her everyday duties as the chef that truly inspires her cooking, very meticulous and very personalized, each dish is handled with love for food and a sense of perfection only Chef Cecille can give, so come on and let's taste what Chef Cecille has in-store for us.

Start the feast with their unbelievably refreshing Thai Iced Tea, this flavorful blend of coco milk and tea will surely quench your thirst after a hard day's work, and also would do wonders if you would accidentally chew on some chili (True!!!)

Salmon Cone (P295)

Taste their flavorful and colorfully garnished appetizers, start of with Salmon Cone, combine a little creativity mix in some appetizing flavors and you have an appetizer worth coming back to.  Each cone is infused with salmon cubes with lemongrass, lime and herbs that tickle your taste buds as you enjoy sour taste combining the sweet aftertaste of the cone, perfect to start the feast.

Son-in-law eggs (P195)

Pardon the name, but they are literally bought over from tradition to serve to their son-in-laws as a celebratory dish in Thailand

Moules Thai (P320)

Cold water mussels in Thai herbs and coconut milk, a Thai version of moules marinieres, a French favorite.  I just love how fresh these are and how each bite continuous to another bite and suddenly you find yourself ordering another batch to munch on.
Crispy Tilapia with Tamarind Puree (P75 / 100 gms)

Try this Chef Cecille specialty, never fails to put up an appetite, be ready to order more rice.

Lamb Shank Massaman (P120 / 100gms)

Slowly cooked for 8 hours, so you can enjoy soft off the bone lamb meat, served with crispy noodles, sweet potato chips and shallots is a must order at Silk Road.

Pad Thai (P340)

A favorite Thai noodle specialty with nuts, pork, shrimp and bean sprouts.  What is Thai food without Pad Thai.

Siamese Pork Ribs (P310)

All hands as we give salute to the best grilled pork ribs I have ever had in my life.  Soft pork ribs, charcoal cooked to perfection, is one of my favorites in Silk Road, I would have finished 2 orders but I was already quite full and well too much of anything is not healthy anyways.

Silk Nest (P240)

Crispy slivers of taro and sweet potato with coconut ice cream match with chocolate pudding with butterscotch sauce.

Silk Road Dessert Sampler (P295)

End the feast with their dessert sampler and satisfy your cravings for your sweet tooth, and after you picked which is your favorite, order a full size one to take home with you and enjoy.

Head over to Silk Road Thai Bistro and get to relish, enjoy and fascinate at how much Thai food has evolved to be one of the Filipino's most loved dishes, grab a bite with friends and have a drink for two.  Silk Road sets the bar high for Thai fine-dining in the Philippines.
