Endo san is an award-winning mixologist from Japan who manages the specialist whisky and cocktail bar, Mizunara: The Library, Hong Kong, where he and his team have been welcoming discerning guests to their tranquil space of bespoke cocktail artistry with exquisitely crafted tipples. With over 20 years of experience, he regularly conducts masterclasses and tasting sessions for whiskies, spirits, and cocktails.
