The restaurant presents a special Mother’s Day ala carte menu available for lunch and dinner from May 1 to 10, which consists of: Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Baby Abalone and Himematsutake Mushroom, and dishes to share with the family, such as Wok-fried Diced Squid and Shrimp in Crispy Cup with Conpoy (dried scallop) and celery; Wok-fried Boston Lobster with Pineapple and Lemon Sauce; Honey-glazed Silver Pompano Fillet with Zhenjiang Black Vinegar; and Stir-fried Glass Noodles with Shredded Beef.
Other must-try options are the restaurant’s gracious dim sum selection for lunch and its extensive regular lunch and dinner a la carte menu, which offer appetizers to barbecue specialties, soups, a selection of vegetable, seafood, pork, chicken and lamb dishes, hearty rice and noodle items, and a choice of signature desserts.

Nobu Manila
Not to be missed out on this special occasion is the taste of the iconic new-style Japanese cuisine of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa that is much loved by international A-list celebrities around the globe. The restaurant’s famed brunch offering is a sure way to indulge moms with varied choices of Nobu classic dishes that meld Japanese and Peruvian flavors, temptingly laid out on a buffet counter and also brought to the table via a special a la carte menu.
