Mr. Reagan Tan, president of The Mc Wilson Restaurant Group (MCW), shares that Honeybon is rooted from his wife’s passion for baking cakes and pastries. Their cakes were first introduced in Tokyo Bubble Tea, the first restaurant to offer milk tea in the Metro.

The delectable collection of cakes from Honeybon enamored plenty of milk tea patrons. They welcomed this new cake brand with warmth and delight and brought home a box for their special moments. Its bestseller, Belgian Decadence Cake, even caught the attention of the gourmands at the Philippine Daily Inquirer and named the cake as one of the best chocolate cakes in the metro.
After realizing the opportunity to provide their customers with happiness and delight through their cakes, Mr. Raegan Tan decided to launch an independent Honeybon dedicated to brighten every special occasion.
They opened two shops located in SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City and Festival Mall in Alabang. They also opened an online store to cater to those who want to order online.
All of their 14 cakes and various pastries showcase a clean and classic look reflecting a modern aesthetic that allows consumers to appreciate its texture and flavors. Honeybon believes that choosing cakes for gifts, for treats, and for personal indulgences is an art in itself so they make sure that their cakes are treats you would be proud to bring and present in any event.
The cakes also now boast of a lighter texture but still equally decadent. It’s a part of the company’s constant quest to align their offers with what customers appreciate most in the gifts and treats for themselves and others.
