Some of these are Grilled Ciabatta with Parma Ham, Buffalo Mozzarella, Semi-Dried Tomatoes, Arugula Leaves, and Basil Pesto; Smoked Salmon, Tomato, Buffalo Mozzarella, and Arugula Leaves Pizza; Australian Stockyard Long Fed Angus Beef Rib Eye; and Dulce de Leche Cheesecake with Banana Compote, and Ginger Ice Cream. Signature dishes such as the crowd-favorite Spanish Paella, Gratinated Fillet of Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Parsley Crust on Wilted Spinach Leaves, and Chocolate Grand Marnier, are still in the diverse menu, satisfying every craving.
