For our date tonight, we preferred the Charcuterie for Two, where we have Baked Brie with Black Forest Ham, Green Apple slices and grapes, with stir-fried mushrooms, and mustard Caviar
The scent of the of mushrooms, is complemented by the taste of the black forest ham, reaching into the deep corners of your tongue, exuding with a burst of flavors, this is indeed an appetizer to behold.
For your main course, you can choose 2 between Fillet Mignon, Broiled Chicken Breast, Beer Braised Pork Chops, Toasted Prawns or Baked Salmon.

We just had to have to the Fillet Mignon, Pan seared Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine, Croquettes and Grilled French Beans. Soft and grilled to perfection, enjoy it medium rare and see the bacon and beef juice drippings you would want to dip in every slice.

This was a pleasant surprise for me, broiled chicken breast with Bacon, Emmenthal Cheese and Spinach with Truffled Mashed Potatoes came out flavorful in every bite. Chicken never tasted so good in such a long time, thank you Brotzeit for this mouth watering treat.
