Taiwan's world famous Hot Star Large Fried Chicken
now in Manila!
Finally after so so so long!!! Taiwan's famous Hot-Star Large Fried Chicken has arrived on our shores. It has been my wishlist that someday this Chicken Chop chain would come to the Philippines, I guess my wish came true! Thank you Hot-Star Large Fried Chicken.
So what's up with Hot-Star that has gotten me so hyped! Well, I guess we can start with my love for Taiwan, their lovely weather, wonderful tourist destinations and of course a haven of great food! From Taiwan Beef noodles, XiMending's famous "Ay-Chung Flour-Rice Noodle 阿宗麵線" and Hot Star Large Fried Chicken (豪大大雞排), these are all part of my must-eats everytime I visit Taiwan.
Other than in Taiwan, Hot Star Large Fried Chicken has opened shop as well in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and even Melbourne, so glad they're finally here in the Philippines.

Order your fill of Hot Star's signature Crispy Fried Chicken Breast! Pick your choice of flavor from original (salt and pepper), the BBQ Large fried chicken (BBQ sauce glazed) and the crispy large fried chicken ranging from P110 up to P125 only!
They also have spaghetti and other sandwiches, you can also pair your Hot Star chicken with rice, but for me the Chicken is quite a mouthful already.

And here it is! Hot Star's signature 30 centimeter Big Chicken Breast fillets! Tastes just like the ones I had in Taiwan, I love it! Most of the menu items were made to suit the Filipino palette, but I hope they bring in the cuttlefish balls, the onion rings, mushrooms and other foods that I really miss as well. Now that the secret is out, beware the long lines! haha
