8 pcs of baked Aklan oysters topped with creamy spinach , bacon and cheese.  If you love oysters, then this is a must!  But be sure to share ok, you know what I mean.

Holy Cow! P300

Yes Holy Cow indeed, this pizza has it all Mozzarella cheese, kesong puti and arugula, well how often do you find kesong puti on your pizza right?  Pizza was good, thin and crisp, the arugula and kesong puti was a good combination only Wine Bar could have ever thought of, not your typical margharita pizza, it just tastes better!

Lacquered Salmon P580

Here you will find one of the most succulent salmons in the metro, perfectly cooked to give you just the right sweetness, grilled to perfection and matched with soy-sauce honey reduction, on top of smashed potatoes with parmesan, a perfect treat for fish lovers out there.

Spicy Buffalo Wings with 
Blue Cheese dip P380

These buffalo wings spiced just right, well in my case so far, and I do have quite a low tolerance on spicy foods, these buffalo wings were fried to a crisp and that blue cheese dip, yummy!  The Food Club approves!

Wine Bar burger P410

200g certified Angus beef patty, with home made brioche bun, served with lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, french fries and a side of bone marrow.  So sinfully good, so deliciously beefy, try it with blue cheese melt and gruyere cheese for an additional P90.00

Grilled Angus Ribeye P1300

For all the meat lovers out there, 300g of pure Angus beef goodness, surely to melt your heart, comes with your choice of sauce, a side of green salad and choice of steak toppings like melted gruyere, melted raclette, caramelized onions and roasted garlic for a minimal expense.

Lamb shoulder chops casserole

One of Wine Bar's signature dishes, this order is to share. Soft lamb chops slow cooked to your liking.

Sweet potato pumpkin mash P150

Spaghetti with sardines and fried capers

Spaghetti tossed in sardines fried with garlic and topped with fried capers, this pasta dish has been reinvented by a no. of chefs, but this remains to be one the classic and best pasta offerings that Wine Bar is most proud of

And to calm our senses after that wonderful meal, desserts! of course!

Chewy Lemon tart P190 and Apple crumble P185 were some of the choices, but what really got us hooked are these babies... let me show them to you and forgive me if I have made you drool over them.

One fine pudding, the Monroe Bread pudding (P250) topped with vanilla ice cream, pure custard goodness and on your right is the Valrhona Chocolate Caramel mousse cake (P250)

Coffee Pie (P220) is Wine Bar's signature dessert, with coffee filling on chocolate-cashew crust, and toffee sauce, this is sure to perk you up and on the right is Chocolate Excess (P270), chocolate goodness with Valrhona chocolate ganache and chocolate glaze to satisfy your cravings.

Rose Noire (P250) has got to be one of my favorite desserts of all time, all that layered dark chocolate ganache, meringue, hazel nut praline topped with chocolate glaze, try it and be a fan just like me, and Espresso Cheesecake (P250), a cheesecake of espresso proportions, coffee lovers dig in!

Get to try their coffee concoctions as well, such as their Cafe Kahlua P230, with a spike of Kahlua and heavy cream, the gods will envy you and their Cafe Latte P120

And their signature drink the Chateau Ice Cream Coffee (P200), cold brewed coffee, topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, you'd be a fool not to try this.
