Ippudo Philippines presents a new level of creaminess with Clam Chowder Ramen

Creaminess like no other ramen with
Ippudo's Clam Chowder Ramen

Ippudo Philippines, one of the great ramen places to eat in Manila, originating from Japan, keeps their kitchen busy reinventing one of the most sought after dish in the world, Ramen.  This time, Ippudo Philippines brings themselves a notch higher with new dishes and new ramen we can all enjoy.

Starting off with Torched Salmon Roll (P295)

All the rich goodness of fresh salmon topped with creamy Mentaiko mayo and fish roe, is a thing of beauty to behold and a treat for the taste buds.  Torched for that smoky flavor, then drizzled in Ippudo's special sauce, this global favorite finally reaches Philippine shores, hoping Ippudo would include this on their regular menu, as this definitely is one of the best tasting salmon dishes I have had.

Teba Gyoza (P230), deep fried chicken wings, stuffed with meaty gyoza filling and served with a tangy Gyoza sauce.

Ippudo presents their Clam Chowder Ramen, yes that's right Clam Chowder, at first I was kinda skeptical, but when I tasted it, I am now a believer!

A Soulful fusion, with thick noodles flavored with black pepper spice served with a combination of Ippudo's signature Tonkotsu broth enhanced with bechamel sauce and Truffle oil, topped with fresh clams, parmesan cheese and a slice of crisp bacon, is truly a unique experience on its own.

This has got to be one of the most creative and most ambitious creation of Ippudo Philippines yet, and it does not disappoint.  If you love rich, creamy flavors then this is for you.

Apart from their new items, never forget to order our favorites such as their Seafood Okonomiyaki (P295), which never fails to brighten up my day.

Fried Chicken Bun (P125) is love, always start with this thing of beauty!
