My Lee Kum Kee and me

Cook with the Masters and Lee Kum Kee

Lee Kum Kee recently concluded Cook with the Masters, a Lee Kum Kee weekend cooking festival, that featured the best chefs the Philippines has to offer with such greats as Chef Bruce Lim, Chef Eugene Raymundo, Chef Him Uy de Baron, Chef Sau del Rosario, Chef Ernest Reynoso Gala to name a few.

I was able to witness one of the masters Chef Him Uy de Baron, as he showcased his skills in the kitchen with the help of Lee Kum Kee products that brought his cooking to a whole new level of good taste and great creations.

Beef Bulgogi Taco with Chili Garlic Sauce

Grilled Hoisin pork chops with Grilled Peach Salsa

Mushroom, Chive and cheese dumplings

Chef Him Uy de Baron amazed the audience with his quick and easy Lee Kum Kee recipes, Making use of the LKK Chili Garlic Sauce, the Premium Oyster sauce, the ever so sweet and tasty Hoisin Sauce and XO Sauce that has won fans from all over the world.

Lucky audience members of the cooking demo also got to show their skills in the kitchen as they shared the kitchen and the stage Chef Him cooking the special recipes as well. As the chefs shared the step by step process of the recipe, they also guided the demo participants as they cook with the masters.

Attendees of the cooking festival also had a lot of fun as they participated in the various activities during the cooking weekend festival. The interactive booth area called Lee’s Kitchen gave the participants a hands-on experience of the products, and a deeper appreciation of the brand’s heritage.

Thank you Lee Kum Kee for making life tastier for us.  Thanks to Chef Him Uy de Baron for the tasteful treats!  If you want to have a taste of Chef Him's delectable creations you can always drop by his restaurant in Nomama Artisinal Ramen in Quezon City.
