Manila's Signature Dishes : Blufish by The Red Crab

Another creation by the Red Crab group arises BluFish at Eastwood Mall, Libis home of the best seafood specialties, and the delicious blend of meats, is also home to one of Manila Signature Dishes
Pepper spiced Tenderloin Tips, a heavy and tempting appetizer, very heavy on the palate with cubes of imported tenderloin meat, easy to the bite and smothered with pepper and onions, stir fried to a deliciously juicy and an unbelievable treat
our main dish, Moroccan Seabass with Vegetable Couscous, this seabass was gorgeous, the meat was prepared just right, steam from inside the fish was pouring out while we were slicing up the meat, the vegetable couscous added more flavor to the already tasty seabass.  You should not miss this.
The Creme Brulee completed the meal coupled with the complimentary glass of Casillero del Diablo, a fantastic finish to a wonderfully prepared meal.
