It's always hot in Manila, even in the supposed cold months of December to February, temperature ranges from the 23 degree centigrade up and never really goes down to a cool level... that's why we are a tropical country, just the rain and more heat! But seriously, we are all but loving this weather, but there are days that we just couldn't take it any longer, and need to cool off!
