Taal Vista Hotel continues its culinary storytelling journey with the fourth leg of the OG Series in Veranda, spotlighting the rich food traditions of Iloilo and Bacolod this coming 20–21 and 27–28 September 2025.
Ilonggo Eats showcases dishes that carry both flavor and history, from Patpat’s Kansi, the comforting beef soup with a tangy, hearty taste, to Ted’s Oldtimer La Paz Batchoy, an Iloilo classic born in bustling markets and perfected through generations. Guests can also indulge in Aida’s Chicken Inasal, Bacolod’s smoky and savory grilled chicken that has become an iconic favorite, and the Crispy Piayita, a sweet, flaky treat that reflects the Ilonggo love for simple yet unforgettable desserts.
