Diamond Hotel Philippines invites diners to a remarkable culinary experience at Yurakuen Japanese Restaurant with the Yurakuen Ultimate Buffet at lunchtime on September 27, 2025. For Php3,999 net per person, guests can feast on a spread of authentic Japanese specialties, paired with unlimited Diamond Iced Tea and chilled orange or mango juice.

It’s a one-of-a-kind crossover buffet where diners can explore Japanese specialties at the main dining area, then hop to the teppan tables for premium ingredients fired up at the Teppanyaki All-You-Can-Eat, and savor flame-kissed delicacies at the Yakiniku All-You-Can-Eat.  All three dining stations at one inclusive price!

At the main buffet area, explore a wide variety of Japanese dishes featuring appetizers such as Mentaiko Udon, Dilis Tsukudani, and Tamago Tofu, along with refreshing salads like Kani Salad and Seaweed Salad with Roasted Sesame and Onion Dressing. The buffet continues with premium sashimi on ice such as Tuna, Salmon, and White Fish Tataki with Ponzu Sauce, and a variety of maki rolls including California Maki, Salmon Chili Maki and Gunkan Maki.

Highlights also include crispy Tempura, hearty hot dishes such as Chicken Nanban, Buta Kakuni, US Beef Sukiyaki, and Pork Kushi Katsu, as well as offerings from the Noodle Station and Beef Wagyu Takikomi Gohan rice. Classic Clam Miso Soup completes the appetizing Japanese selections.

At the two interactive live stations, the chefs get their flame on, ready to bring guests mouthwatering cooking performances that add to the thrill of the feast. The Teppanyaki Station presents Beef Loin, Beef Short Ribs, Lamb Rack, Chicken Thigh, Scallop, Shrimp, and Salmon, prepared fresh on the grill along with Yaki Yasi and Seafood Fried Rice.
